Ken is a serial values-based bank entrepreneur. He started both Florida Choice and First Green banks. Ken served on the board of the Global Alliance for Banking on Values among many other organizations. Ken’s vision is to become the largest and most profitable mission driven, values-based financial institution in the southeast growing organically and through acquisitions.
His career includes founding and operating companies in the resort hospitality and real estate development industries. This produced Florida’s first and only Certified B Corps in both industries. He also launched the For Good Movement, helping Florida companies & the global travel and tourism industry create positive impact through inclusion, regeneration & equity.
Chris is the Senior Advisor to Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer as the Director of Sustainability & Resilience. He is an eco-entrepreneur with a passion to advance smart, resilient, and sustainable cities and communities. He sits on nearly a dozen nonprofit and academic boards including IDEAS for Us, USGBC, and Florida Solar Energy Center.
Nancy is a former HR manager and corporate trainer for Mellon Bank & Sprint. Prior to that, she worked in international public health in Latin America and Africa helping with the delivery of health care to underserved areas. She sits on several civic boards and supports her husband in providing affordable housing in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
Dom is the President/CEO of Optus Bank, a certified Community Development Financial Institution and Minority Depository Institution in Columbia, SC. He is a past Chair of the CDFI Coalition and a current director of the Community Development Bankers Association, DC. He and his wife strive to live by their mission “to ensure that all people have a fair chance to live productive lives.”
Michele helped grow her previous bank, Harbor Community Bank in Ft. Pierce, FL, from $50 million in assets to $2.2 billion before being sold. She was the Director of Operations and assisted with the eight acquisitions they had over a seven-year period. Before that she was the CFO at Enterprise Bank in North Palm Beach, FL.
